Sue Forbes is the co-owner of Mindful Movement Studio & Physical Therapy. She has been a fitness instructor and consultant for over 20 years. She is certified by Stott Pilates in the full repertoire of equipment and mat work. She is certified by Polestar Pilates in rehabilitation, advanced spine, and in the four levels of Critical Reasoning. She has close to 500 hours in Yoga training towards her certification by Hilaire Lockwood; and is certified in Gyrokinesis®. Sue is certified as a personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Seattle Sports Medicine clinic. Sue has completed graduate work in anatomy, internal medicine, microbiology and pharmacology towards her Master's degree as a physician's assistant. |
