Springboard/Mat Pilates Combo: Using the wall unit, you perform arm spring and leg spring exercises. The rolldown bar attaches to the unit to incorporate the exercises done on the Cadillac/Trapeze table. This class includes some "evolved exercises" designed for the springboard, which were not in the original repertoire of Pilates work. This is a challenging and unique workout.

Stability Chair: The Pilates Chair provides a workout that challenges your ability to stabilize on a smaller surface area than the Allegro or Tower. If you have become proficient on the Allegro and the Tower; or if you are looking for variety in your Pilates work, the Chair class is a great choice.
