Cancellation Policy
Physical Therapy: Clients who wish to cancel an appointment must notify our desk staff via phone at LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and provide the reason(s) for cancellation.
*You WILL be charged $35 for all cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.*
Private Sessions: Clients who wish to cancel an appointment must notify our desk staff via phone at LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and provide the reason(s) for cancellation.
*You WILL be charged in full for all cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.*
Classes: All classes are held in 8-week sessions. If you sign-up for an 8-week session and have to miss a class, you may make it up during the session, in another class of the same category. Please call our front desk to reserve your spot in a class you are making up as some classes may be full.
Clothing Policy
Please take into consideration the type of physical activity you will be doing and wear the appropriate clothing during your class that allows you to move comfortably.
