Lauren LongLauren Long: Yoga became a natural part of my life after moving to Charleston, SC in 2006.  After completing first my 200 hour training in Vinyasa Flow, then my 500 hour E-RYT in Integrated Yoga Therapy, I truly feel that everyone can benefit from the power of yoga.  My classes are all about self-discovery, alignment, and flow.  Can't wait to see you on the mat!

Yoga For Arthritis: A collective approach to yoga that includes not only asana (movement), but breathwork, mudras, affirmations, guided meditations, relaxation and more. A good way to approach life with arthritis from all angles! The controlled stretches in conjunction with deep breathing exercises release the muscles that have seized up around the joints to protect them. This class will help you delve deeper into your true self to understand how yoga can help play a larger part in bringing you back to balance.
