Allegro - Level 1: Classes are conducted in a small group using Allegro Reformers, a Pilates machine that assists in the execution of the exercise. This is a great introduction to Reformer work. At this level you will integrate your core control, strengthen muscles, correct breathing, and find proper alignment through movement. You will also learn how to set up your Allegro and safely transition on and off.
Allegro - Multi-Level: Same format as the Allegro levels 1 and 2, but instructor teaches to various fitness levels within one class, providing a challenge to each level of fitness.
Pre - Allegro/Tower Combo: This class is designed for folks that are coming from our Rehab classes or from Physical Therapy. It introduces a modified version of exercises on the Pilates Allegro and Tower attachment. The pace is slower than a Reformer or Tower class; and the focus of this class is on learning to apply the "principles of movement" to the exercises.
Allegro/Tower Combo: This class combines exercises from the Pilates Reformer and the Cadillac/Trapeze Table; focusing on integrated movement of the shoulders, spine and hips. It involves a balance of stabilization and mobilization. It's a great class for the person interested in getting the best of both pieces of equipment.
Tower Level 1: This tower class is a small group class conducted on the Allegros. It is a combination of exercises performed on the Reformer, and those done on the Cadillac/Trapeze Table. This is a good beginning level for people who are just becoming familiar with both pieces of equipment. Class size limited to 6.
Tower Level 2: This tower class is a small group class conducted on the Allegros. It is a combination of exercises performed on the Reformer, and those done on the Cadillac/Trapeze Table. A very fun workout for people who have already completed private training on both pieces of equipment.
